I consider it a privilege to join you on your journey toward increased fulfillment and meaning.
Individual Therapy

Couple therapy is not only for those experiencing significant turmoil and dissatisfaction in their relationship; it can also be a powerful tool for couples interested in increasing intimacy, connection, and empathy. The first session will include an in-depth exploration of your goals for therapy as well as a detailed assessment designed by the Gottman Institute which utilizes research-based algorithms to discover your unique strengths and challenges as a couple. This assessment tool will enable us to tailor treatment to your specific needs and desires, monitor progress, and invite deep reflection into your interpersonal dynamics.

Meet Our Team
(she/her) is a licensed psychologist who provides care to adults, adolescents (15+), couples, and individuals in diverse relationship structures. Her approach is grounded in a deep respect for each person’s unique story, and she prioritizes building a strong, collaborative relationship with her clients. Through thoughtful exploration and evidence-based support, she helps clients deepen their understanding of themselves and develop the skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change. Dr. Dale draws on her specialized training in neuropsychology to inform a comprehensive, integrative understanding of each individual’s experiences and needs.
Dr. Dale holds active licensure as a psychologist in both Arizona and Oregon. She earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology in 2016 and is an EMDRIA-approved therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. In addition, she has been granted the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) by the PSYPACT Commission, allowing her to offer virtual therapy to individuals and couples in 42 states and counting. While physically located in Chandler, Arizona offering in-person sessions, she is also licensed to provide virtual therapy to clients across Oregon.
Her clinical experience spans a wide range of settings, including psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, correctional facilities, schools, and inpatient substance use treatment programs. This diverse background has shaped her ability to meet clients with insight, empathy, and adaptability. Dr. Dale is a member of the American Psychological Association and the National Academy of Neuropsychology. She has been practicing psychotherapy for over 13 years.

*PSYPACT is an interstate compact which offers a voluntary expedited pathway for practice to qualified psychologists who wish to practice in multiple states. More information regarding PSYPACT and its participating states can be found here.
(he/him) is a clinical psychology doctoral student at Midwestern University, currently providing care under the supervision of Dr. Dale. He works with adults, couples, and adolescents, and has a special passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baylor University and brings experience from residential treatment and forensic settings. John is dedicated to helping underserved and stigmatized communities feel seen, heard, and supported.
In therapy, John takes an existential approach, focusing on what it means to live in alignment with your true self—your identity, values, and beliefs. He also draws from other therapeutic approaches to best meet your unique needs. John believes the heart of therapy lies in a strong, trusting relationship between therapist and client. He strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with openness and curiosity. His goal is to help you discover who you want to be and support you in taking meaningful steps toward living that life.
