$185 per 50-minute session

 

Dr. Dale is an out-of-network (OON) provider for all insurance plans. We do not submit claims nor communicate directly with any insurance company. By choosing not to accept insurance, Dr. Dale has the freedom to collaborate with you in designing your therapeutic journey without restrictions posed by insurance companies. For example, the duration and frequency of sessions, methods of treatment provided, and types of paperwork utilized are often determined by insurance requirements. Additionally, insurance claims require that a psychotherapy client receive a qualifying diagnosis. Many clients seek therapy for self-growth and help in managing common life stressors and may not meet criteria for a mental health diagnosis. Furthermore, some people choose not to have a diagnosis on file for considerations of privacy and confidentiality.

Upon request, Dale Psychology will provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement utilizing your Out-of-Network (OON) benefits. This document is called a "superbill." Please note that superbills cannot be provided for submission to Medicare or Medicaid.

Dr. Dale is an approved TRICARE Non-Network Clinical Psychologist.
